A fallen limb, a vehicle backing into the garage wall, or vandalism overnight — siding emergencies don't wait for business hours, and neither do we.
Emergency calls route directly to an on-call technician, not a general voicemail queue.
We maintain overnight and weekend availability specifically for urgent siding damage.
Emergency technicians carry the same licensing and insurance as our scheduled installation crews.
Temporary and permanent repairs both meet the same workmanship standard.
Exposed sheathing or a hole in the wall typically gets a technician on-site the same day.
We triage calls by severity — active exposure first, cosmetic damage scheduled normally.
Emergency calls are priced fairly, with the total explained before work starts, even outside normal hours.
Temporary and permanent repair costs are itemized separately so you know what each step costs.
If your situation isn't listed, call anyway; most siding emergencies fall into a version of these categories.
We confirm arrival time on the call so you know what to expect before we hang up. We keep common temporary materials stocked on every truck specifically for after-hours calls.
Open sheathing gets a temporary weatherproof seal immediately to stop water intrusion until permanent repair. We check the interior side of the affected wall for any sign water already got through.
We check surrounding panels and trim for related impact damage during the same visit. Structural framing behind the impact gets checked before cosmetic repair begins.
We coordinate around any tree removal that still needs to happen before finishing repair. We assess whether remaining limb weight is stable before starting repair work near it.
We move quickly on these calls since exposed material is often left vulnerable to further damage. We note paint type or damage method in our documentation, which sometimes helps a police report.
Permanent repair gets scheduled as soon as material is available. Temporary material is chosen to blend reasonably with existing siding, not just a bright tarp visible from the street.
Dispatch gives you a real arrival window on the call, not a vague callback promise.
We assess safety first, especially with vehicle impact or structural-adjacent damage.
Documentation is provided if you need it for insurance or a police report.
Temporary weatherproofing goes on immediately, with permanent repair scheduled as soon as material is ready.
Called at 11pm after a branch put a hole in our wall and someone was actually there within the hour.
Vandalism damage overnight was upsetting, but they documented everything for the police report and had it fixed within two days.
Emergency pricing was explained clearly upfront, no surprise after-hours charge sprung on us.
Fallen tree limb took out a whole section and they coordinated timing with the tree removal company themselves.
Call now, any hour — active damage gets a technician dispatched the same day.
